Animatic Sequence: Behind The Scenes

The making of this sequence was a great joy. I decided to use clay to break the monotony of the flat frame stills in the animatic. This taught me a lot about creating armatures for the claymation models and the lip-syncing was very challenging.

I gave myself plenty of time - about a month-to work on this animatic, so I was able to improve it vastly at many points.
It has been a wonderful process and I would love to incorporate the claymation in the final sequence along with the 2D hand-drawn animation.
Please do leave your comments about the animatic sequence which will be live shortly. Until next time, Peas!
