Make sure you grab a bit of time with Justin tomorrow in the CGAA base room - get your characters in front of him and get some input from him. Also - you might want to take a leaf out of Jojo's book; she's been simplifying her various animal characters using core simple shapes; I wonder if taking your character into Illustrator, for example, and really tidying up all of his lines and his structure would give you that classic animation style?
